4.1 Copyright:All applications and associated materials provided by Infoenergy S.A. are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 License: Infoenergy S.A. grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the applications.
4.3 Prohibited Use: Customer may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Service or the included software, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Fees and Payments: Customer agrees to pay all fees associated with use of the Service as set forth in the service agreement.
5.2 Billing: Infoenergy S.A. will issue monthly or annual invoices, according to the specific agreement with the Client.
5.3 Late Payments: Infoenergy S.A. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of late payment.
6. Support and Maintenance
6.1 Technical Support: Infoenergy S.A. will provide technical support during normal business hours.
6.2 Updates: Infoenergy S.A. may provide updates and improvements to the Service, which will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Privacy and Data
7.1 Data Collection: Infoenergy S.A. may collect and use Client and User data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Confidentiality: Infoenergy S.A. undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information, except as required by law or authorized by the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Exclusion of Warranties: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Infoenergy S.A. makes no express or implied warranties about the suitability of the Service for a particular purpose.
8.2 Limitation of Damages: Infoenergy S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenues or use, incurred by the Client or any third party.
9. Term and Termination
9.1 Duration: These Terms and Conditions will remain in effect until either party decides to terminate them.
9.2 Termination by Infoenergy S.A.: Infoenergy S.A. may terminate or suspend the Client's access to the Service for breach of these terms or for any other reason at Infoenergy S.A.'s discretion.
9.3 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, Customer will cease using the Service and Infoenergy S.A. may delete all data associated with Customer's account.
10. Modifications Infoenergy S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. The Client's continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [country], without giving effect to principles of conflicts of laws.
12. General Provisions
